1. General
SPARKLY CLEANERS LTD is a private limited company (Company No: 16170029), registered in England and Wales.
2. Services
- Bookings must be made through our website.
- Payments are processed securely online.
- Services are provided within London, UK, at the address specified during booking.
3. Payments
- All payments are due at the time of booking.
- We accept major credit/debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booking will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee of £20.
- If our cleaner arrives, but the client is not reachable within 30 minutes and the we cannot access the client’s property, there will be cancellation fee of £30.
5. Liability
- We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or items that are fragile or improperly secured.
- Clients are responsible for notifying us of any specific cleaning requirements or hazards.
6. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who engage in inappropriate behaviour or misuse our services.
7. Complaints
Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the service being completed.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
